heart of gold..

"You may have  a heart of gold, but so does a hard boiled egg"

I just heard this quote and it's so beautiful... even though we may say we are great, because our heart is gold.. it doesn't actually mean anything... unless we act, speak, and think with love. speak... love, spread positivity... speak with.. that light that is in your soul. shine... when you speak with love.. and care for others, then you will truly be helping others. condescending others.. hurting people... being rude... if you see these signs coming from within you... turn around.. it's the wrong direction. go the OTHER direction! to positivity, light, and love... spread love.. smile.. hug.. love. share your light with the world. and help others see their light, so they can also share it with the world.

ignore distractions.. even when you are stressed with the task at hand, keep on working on it, because that is what you were meant to do in that moment. pay full attention. the more attention you focus now.. the more you can help now and the sooner you will have resolved that task so that you can keep moving into the light and more to your next task.

live in love... walk in light... and sprinkle fairy dust where you've been... so that if someone needs some love and light, they can follow the sparkling trail.
